Everyone in this country is fantastic, but Elijah is my personal favorite! He has styled and dyed my hair multiple times. Recently, I also received a facial and dermaplaning treatment from him that was truly exceptional! Make sure to schedule an appointment with him! (Plus, their online booking system with transparent pricing is a game-changer!)
I cannot express enough praise for Horizon Line. It has completely transformed my outlook and confidence. Beyond being visually stunning with a warm, inviting, and serene ambiance, it exudes an energy and positivity that is palpable. Every individual at Horizon Line treats you like a close friend or a cherished member of their own family. I requested a subtle taper fade with a v-shaped detail at the back and specified that I preferred to keep the sides longer with the top untouched. However, I left with almost shaved sides, no fade in sight, no v-shaped detail, and unfortunately, only a few strands left on top. I'm uncertain if she despised my choice or me, but this outcome was not borne out of goodwill. It feels like an act of animosity towards someone or something. I'm hesitant to even step outside as I fear causing a disturbance.
