My experience at the salon was less than satisfactory. I found myself waiting awkwardly at the reception desk for over 5 minutes while the owner was on the phone, without any offer to sit down. The eyebrow waxing session was uncomfortable as I had to sit in a makeshift chair in a hallway with a speaker blaring next to my head. The technician made my eyebrows too thin and uneven, ruining my look for a wedding I had to attend.
My visit to the salon was mediocre. The ambiance was clean and relaxing, but the services were rushed and not up to par. Although the staff was friendly, the communication was lacking. Overall, it's an average nail salon with a decent range of services, best booked through a call rather than online.
