I had two terrible experiences in a row at this salon. The first time, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, and the second time, my appointment was not honored because a walk-in customer was prioritized. The establishment is impeccably clean, modern, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I believe their prices are competitive, perhaps even slightly lower than others? I have visited numerous nail salons in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, and this place has been the most reliable, including prompt appointment starts, which I find commendable.
