I had two terrible experiences in a row at this salon. The first time, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, and the second time, my appointment was not honored because a walk-in customer was prioritized. After being a loyal customer for 7 months, I will not be returning due to the lack of respect for my time and poor customer service.
I had high hopes for a nice treat but ended up regretting it. The nail tech didn't listen to my preferences and ended up giving me a shape and length I didn't want. The end result was disappointing, and I'll stick to doing my own nails from now on.
This salon is a disaster. Avoid it at all costs. I asked for a dip manicure but got a shellac manicure instead. The job was rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. The staff was rude and made me feel like I was back in middle school. They messed up my blue color by adding white dots and didn't even give me the manicure I paid for. Terrible experience, do not recommend!
