Established a membership for my spouse as a birthday gift. Was informed that the app would be accessible by mid-February—yet as of late March, the app is still unavailable. They were prompt in enrolling me and collecting my payment. Every time my wife attempts to schedule an appointment or visit, they are either closed or uncooperative. The monthly fee of $60 is exorbitant. Not to mention, a bottle of lotion cost my wife $80 LOL. When attempting to cancel the membership after 2 months, I was informed that a 2-month notice is mandatory. Seriously? Furthermore, I am unable to speak with the manager as they are consistently absent. We have transferred our business to a more accommodating establishment in Mandeville. Absolutely and unequivocally do NOT endorse this place. Save your funds!!!
I endured a burn due to the sold tanning lotion or the tanning bed but no one showed concern for my condition. They justified it by saying people get burned to achieve a tan, which is absurd. The most dreadful establishment... perhaps this is not a frequent occurrence, but when it does happen, they must take accountability, which they failed to do in my case. Exercise caution when investing in businesses that lack regard for their clientele.
Avoid enrolling! Refusal to terminate account upon request! Deception!! I am still being billed. Oh, my supervisor will handle it once she arrives. False she will not and they will persist in charging you!
