I visited this salon for the first time 7 weeks ago and decided to give them a try, and I am thoroughly impressed. He was meticulous and ensured everything was flawless. Definitely my new go-to salon! The hair coloring was also beautifully done and not rushed. Harry did an exceptional job on my toes, taking his time to ensure perfection. I appreciate his attention to detail. However, I must echo a previous reviewer's concern about the owner's pricing practices. It would be more professional to have a set price list to avoid any confusion or suspicion. I absolutely adore my stylist Lexi at SVQ!!! She’s phenomenal! She’s well-versed in the latest trends and incredibly personable!! Lexi handles my cuts, colors, highlights, and extensions!! As for the salon itself, I love the ambiance and all the other stylists! The environment is very friendly and professional! I adore this spot! It’s an excellent spot to exercise and is impeccably maintained. It is the finest club I have ever frequented and surpasses all others. I've heard wonderful things about the spa, although I haven't experienced it myself. The pool and tennis areas are remarkable and spotless. Stone Creek prioritizes the experience, and as a result, the staff is exceptional. Established a membership for my spouse as a birthday gift. Was informed that the app would be accessible by mid-February—yet as of late March, the app is still unavailable. They were prompt in enrolling me and collecting my payment. Every time my wife attempts to schedule an appointment or visit, they are either closed or uncooperative. The monthly fee of $60 is exorbitant. Not to mention, a bottle of lotion cost my wife $80 LOL. When attempting to cancel the membership after 2 months, I was informed that a 2-month notice is mandatory. Seriously? Furthermore, I am unable to speak with the manager as they are consistently absent. We have transferred our business to a more accommodating establishment in Mandeville. Absolutely and unequivocally do NOT endorse this place.
