Following my 40th birthday in December, I made the decision to start my loc journey. I reached out to Riley feeling quite nervous about the change, but they were very kind and welcoming. They didn't even know if I would book or not, but they asked me to send a photo and answered all my inquiries. Finally, gathering the courage on April 19th to embark on my journey, they asked me to come in and seemed genuinely excited to begin, even though I wasn't fully prepared myself. But once I was in their chair, they made me realize that I had made the best decision for my locs and in choosing them to start my journey. They provided me with all the details about maintenance and care without me even having to ask. I was pleasantly surprised because most stylists just do your hair and send you on your way. Upon completion, which was quicker than what most had told me to expect, I was captivated and thrilled. Many have complimented me on my hair, making me feel great. I am completely enamored with my starter locs, eagerly anticipating my retwist and watching the growth. To sum it all up, ask for Riley, you will not be disappointed.
