Lulindas has always delivered exceptional results for my hair and grandkids! The professionalism of Linda, Lulu, and their sister shines through in the styles they recommend. I used to travel from Fontana to Whittier, then to West Covina, where they are now located. Now, I make the journey from Las Vegas to West Covina once a year or whenever possible. They are the only hairstylists I trust and have confidence in their work!
The number of compliments I've received on my haircuts from Linda is countless. Recently, a stranger in Las Vegas praised the job, saying, "Whoever styled your hair did an amazing job!" Linda is exceptional, getting me in and out in under 30 minutes every time!
I gave this place a single star as I've repeatedly been let down. Despite requesting a simple blowout during my haircut, they consistently blow dry my already dry hair, leading to frizz and breakage. Even after discussing this with Angelina, the styling assistant, the issue persisted. Moreover, her customer service was subpar, and she needs to adjust her attitude to thrive in this industry.
