Taylor is very professional and educated in their field. They wanted to know why I was there (i.e. relaxation, therapeutic) and what issues/concerns I had. Taylor then told me how they planned to do the massage and if that sounded good to me. Their technique was unlike anything I had experienced before as it was more than just massaging the muscles. They included pressure points and moving body parts around for stretching and getting deeper into the muscles. Before leaving they gave me instructions (drink lots of water) and informed me of possible side effects (soreness) and how to treat it if needed (heating pad). The environment was very clean, calming and positive energy throughout.
