I visited this establishment for full highlights and was quoted 365 dollars. The avarice displayed here is astounding, consistently overpricing their services. Just last year, I paid a mere 180 dollars for similar highlights. However, this time, they only provided partial highlights, charging me an exorbitant 300 dollars for inconsistent results with many missed areas.
