I will never return. I've been multiple times in the past, all with good experiences. I called ahead for an hour appointment but only got less than 30 minutes, charged the same as for an hour. Not worth it.
The language barrier is a major issue here. Lack of professionalism is another. My partner and I went in together but our massages were constantly interrupted, the therapists leaving the room for phone calls or unknown reasons, leaving us hanging. The door was always left open, and my massage felt superficial. Even when I tried to show her where my knots were, she didn't address them. They don't accept credit cards and demanded a high tip percentage. We left a reasonable tip but were met with harshness. Not the loyalty we were seeking.
Extremely professional and top-notch service. We both had massages simultaneously and were able to book quickly. Being active individuals, we put our bodies through a lot. After the massage, my neck, shoulders, and back felt fantastic. Grateful we discovered this place.
