If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This establishment is unclean, the nail polish is outdated, and my nails chipped within two days. The proprietors are impolite and show no remorse. It seems their mother is also part of the staff? She's impolite too. I opted to take my patronage elsewhere where the nail polish is of better quality. I also had my eyelashes done by someone I presume is one of the owners. Never again. I'd be better off purchasing strips from the dollar store; at least they would last longer than a day.
Had my eyelashes done by Sarai and I left extremely satisfied! I have never gotten my lashes done before. She did an excellent job of listening to my preferences and explaining the process and aftercare. 10/10 will definitely return 💕...
Visited this place for eyebrow and eyelash treatments, and if I could, I'd give them 0 stars!! NOT ONLY did she over-pluck my eyebrows like it was the last ice age. But my eyelashes fell out in less than a week. I will never return to them, VERY RUDE customer service.
