If I could, I'd rate 0 stars!! Extremely unprofessional service!! My friend and I wanted butterfly henna tattoos for a wedding, but were denied!! How can you refuse a customer's request?? When we settled on another design, the artist's freehand work resulted in uneven lines!! When I politely asked for a touch-up, she responded with attitude!! I confronted her about her lack of professionalism, and all she said was "whatever"!! No apology, no attempt to fix her errors!! She's fortunate I didn't stoop to her level!! Beware of this place!! I had the pleasure of being attended to by Jaszmine at this establishment. I opted for the Spa Pedicure treatment, and I must say, the service was truly EXCEPTIONAL! Jaszmine was prompt and maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout. She ensured my comfort by adjusting the water temperature as needed and paid close attention to detail. As part of the service, she even offered me a glass of wine. The massage I received was simply divine. The Spa Pedicure treatment lasted around 80 minutes, and I appreciated not feeling rushed, allowing me to fully relax. I luxuriated in a milk bath, my toes were expertly shaped, and did I mention how amazing the massage was? Because it truly was. To conclude, my feet and legs were moisturized, and my feet were treated with heated foot mitts to enhance the absorption of the oils and butters.
