I reached out later in the morning on a Saturday, and Sapphire promptly accommodated my daughter's appointment. By referencing a photo on my child's phone, she flawlessly recreated the desired look. She even managed to fit me in for a quick cut, which turned out absolutely stunning. A significant improvement compared to generic salon or barbershop experiences.
