If I could give 0 stars, I would. My sibling and I entered the store and immediately encountered an employee with no smile or offer of assistance, just a disdainful look. As we continued browsing and picked up several items, we encountered multiple employees who either stared impolitely or walked past without acknowledging us. One even rudely pushed past my sibling. This new store should really focus on teaching humility. We left our items and exited. Woodbury would never.
I had my hair styled at the Ulta in Cottage Grove,Minnesota by Megan. The last stylist(different from Ulta) darkened my hair after I worked hard to achieve a platinum look. Megan did an excellent job in getting me back to blonde(platinum will return in time), she was efficient, delivered the color and cut I desired. She was exceptional!!! 10/10 would suggest!!! Below is a before and after. The lighting doesn’t capture the blonde accurately, but trust me, it’s stunning.
I adore this new shop so much. Michaelah and Megan were incredibly helpful in helping me find new hair products. Megan also refreshed my blonde color, and it was one of the finest hair services I’ve experienced at an Ulta. Highly recommend.
