The store's website stated they opened at 11, but when I arrived at 12, the place was closed with the door locked. Even the store hours displayed on the door indicated they should have been open at 11.
I've been waiting for the store to open for 3 hours past the scheduled time just to make a return on my only day off. The manager was informed hours ago but still hasn't shown up. I was assured she would arrive by noon, but it's almost 1 PM and she's still not here. What a disappointment.
Raquel assisted me last week, and she's the best thing about that store! She's always kind and knowledgeable every time I visit.
