My mom and nephew came in for haircuts, and there were only 2 stylists working. We waited for almost an hour before it was our turn. After my mom got her haircut, it was my nephew's turn. The other stylist finished her client and then disappeared into the back room, ignoring my nephew. We were the only ones left, and she couldn't spare 15 extra minutes to finish his haircut before her break. Very poor service and attitude, and they spent a lot of extra time chatting with others.
Service was extremely slow and the wait time was unacceptable. Even with online check-in, I had to wait nearly 25 minutes. The stylists seemed to be moving at a snail's pace.
I haven't had a haircut this good in years! I'm thrilled with the results and have received many compliments. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the prices are just right.
