My mom and nephew came in for haircuts, and there were only 2 stylists working. We waited for almost an hour before it was our turn. After my mom got her haircut, it was my nephew's turn. The other stylist finished her client and then disappeared into the back room, ignoring my nephew. We were the only ones left, and she couldn't spare 15 extra minutes to finish his haircut before her break. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My sibling and I entered the store and immediately encountered an employee with no smile or offer of assistance, just a disdainful look. As we continued browsing and picked up several items, we encountered multiple employees who either stared impolitely or walked past without acknowledging us. One even rudely pushed past my sibling.
