I was extremely let down.. the setting appeared lovely. But this was without a doubt the most terrible manicure I’ve ever received, I don’t think the images can even capture it. I have never had a nail tech glob on polish so carelessly and SO thick, to the point that it dried in ripples as it was overly thick. Each coat uneven, I had to indicate multiple times that she missed certain spots. I'm not sure if she was new or just didn’t care… but that was dreadful. I do not suggest.
We opted for the VIP Combo Mani/Pedi with two complimentary cocktails/beverages. The herbs and fresh ingredients were the initial draw, the personnel was very pleasant, but for the cost, and the fact that the polish applied was lumpy and peeled off right away, it was NOT worth it!
I got my nails done here they left a strand on my nail, also they didn’t do a neat job on my other nails, they billed me $110 for this. you can see in the pics.
