Hanna provided me with an exceptional 1-hour massage! I phoned, scheduled a same-day appointment. They were courteous and professional. Pleasant ambiance. I've undergone a hip replacement and will soon require a couple of knee replacements, but she was efficient, thorough, and I definitely felt better afterwards. I will definitely be returning in 2 weeks.
Beware of the scam they are pulling at this establishment!! I was completely deceived. Last evening we scheduled a 60-minute massage for two individuals. The website advertises $60 for 60 minutes. However, upon arrival, they charged $70 per person plus an additional $5 fee for using a card. I can comprehend a 5% fee, but $5 is pure theft! At this point, the charge is already 20% higher than the advertised price. But then they made a big deal about me not leaving a tip! I explained to them that they had already increased my charge by 20% based on their advertised pricing, yet every single employee there gathered in the reception area and essentially ganged up on me for not tipping. It was the most uncomfortable experience, and they managed to swindle even MORE money from me. Additionally, I must caution you that the massage was incredibly mediocre!! Nothing noteworthy, nothing remarkable about it. One of their staff members was watching TV on speakerphone the entire time during my treatment, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the experience without the irritating distraction. Steer clear of this place due to their overcharging, subpar service, and unpleasant attitudes!
