I've been frequenting Salon 221 for well over a decade - the staff is incredibly welcoming, the salon is impeccably clean, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. I book appointments with Christopher for highlights, wash, cut, and blow dry, and he works wonders. I've had my highlights done at other salons (during my college years out of necessity) and no one quite matches his skill. Each visit, he effortlessly gives me a natural, rejuvenated look. My mother and sister are also long-time clients of his and have no intention of switching as long as he's there!
INCREDIBLE! I've visited twice, both times with Bailey. She is a remarkable individual and an extremely skilled stylist! I've tried a few other salons and never felt completely at ease, but here, I did. The salon itself exudes a pleasant ambiance, and everyone, staff and clients alike, are friendly and supportive. Their enjoyment of their work and camaraderie is evident. During my most recent appointment, Bailey added color to my hair. She dedicated ample time explaining the process, presented all the pink dye options available, and even custom mixed them to achieve the shade I desired. Patient and attentive, she considered my desired look and provided guidance on color maintenance and fading expectations. Opting for a bold hair color can be daunting, but with Bailey, I felt secure and confident, and she certainly delivered!
