**The owner here is stunning** with a great personality! I frequent this salon for manicures; it's a very professional establishment!
**The team at Lotus Nails** was incredibly accommodating, fitting me in for a walk-in mani/pedi when my other appointment fell through. Everyone was friendly, the services were efficient and met my expectations, all at a reasonable price. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular! :) Thank you!
**Terrible experience.** I received a gel manicure and one nail fell off the next day, with all nails peeling off two days later. It was just before Christmas, so I waited a few days to call. The manager didn't listen on the phone, offered no help as she's "not the owner," and abruptly ended the call while I was speaking. My manicures usually last two weeks, so calling a few days later should not be an issue. I've visited many salons and never left a negative review, but this experience was unprecedented. The peeling has completely ruined my nails.
