Today I received a full set and a pedicure from a woman. It was the best experience I've ever had in a nail salon. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled.
I entered this morning without an appointment. I was promptly greeted and asked about my preferences. I requested a full set of white/pink nails and a French spa pedicure with a small flower on each big toe. Absolutely stunning!! Will return!!!
He was ripping my nails off and cut my nail quite deep and continued to treat me poorly! I’ve visited this nail salon a few times to get acrylics, which weren't great overall. The shape was off, they always cut me, and I believe they were overpriced. Recently, I went to have my nails removed and this individual began prying my nails off with a tool instead of properly soaking them. It was painful and I could sense my nails were being damaged. Then, he attempted to remove my nail using a cuticle cutter and cut my actual nail quite deep. He tried to hold my hand down probably to conceal it. I then requested him to soak off my acrylic, which he did. He tried to file my broken nail and I pulled away and asked him to stop, but he persisted. I then inquired about the price, and he said $10, but I didn’t quite catch it so I asked again, and he said $15. I realized he said 10 initially, and I recall it used to be 10, but I think he knew I wouldn’t leave a tip because he cut my nail, so he overcharged me. He overcharged, didn’t offer any compensation, and didn’t apologize. I would also mention that another worker had her bare feet on the table where they work on clients' nails and the man didn’t use a new nail file, but an old used one. I truly do not recommend this place. Their customer service is poor, their nail art is subpar, they're unhygienic, and not reasonably priced. I would seek services elsewhere, this place is not worth it.
