Sephora, I genuinely want to appreciate you, but my recent encounter was less than satisfactory.
I entered a shop to purchase some presents, and the salesperson aided me in selecting four gift sets priced at $30 each. These sets were also labeled with a unique sticker on the display case. However, when I reached the checkout, they refused to honor the displayed price. The manager's demeanor was incredibly impolite and patronizing. While I would have been willing to pay the $45, I couldn't after such rude treatment. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that store. Even with their prices, they should still strive to be courteous.
