I recently had my hair colored a vibrant shade of blue and decided to visit a salon based on a friend's suggestion for a root touch-up and color refresh. Unfortunately, the results were quite disappointing. The color was not properly touched up, and the roots were not thoroughly done. As a natural brunette, my roots now appear more orange against a faded blue tone. I advise against seeking their services for coloring. It's a waste of $65 as I now have to find another stylist to correct the mistake.
The personnel at this establishment are exceptionally pleasant and did an excellent job on my daughter's haircut. A big thank you to Josie!
