Classy Nails

I highly recommend Harper and this salon to everyone :) I've convinced 3 of my close friends to avail of their services here. I've been a patron since last year, and it consistently exceeds my expectations. ❤️ The ambiance is delightful, and the services are reasonably priced.

Typically, my experiences here have been positive with top-notch results. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I opted for a gel pedicure, and the polish on three of my toenails chipped within three days. Additionally, the technician accidentally burned my toe with a machine. Despite witnessing my discomfort, there was no apology; he simply continued to apply alcohol to my toe. This has never occurred before. I avoid confrontation, so I refrained from reaching out to address the issues. From what I've read in other reviews, contacting them for resolutions can be challenging, and the staff may respond with hostility. Consequently, I am hesitant to request a correction. I typically spend over $200 per visit as I always bring a companion. Following this incident, I am unsure if I will recommend them in the future.

I recently relocated from Detroit and decided to try out this nail salon. I've had negative past encounters at other salons, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, Taylor assured me to "just relax," and I made a conscious effort to unwind. In the end, Taylor did an exceptional job, and I am thoroughly pleased. Thank you, Taylor, for creating a comfortable atmosphere and leaving my nails looking stunning. I will definitely be returning to see Taylor again. 👌
