My initial visit for eyebrow services here unfortunately turned out to be my last... The technician praised the thickness of my brows, which I adored prior to her intervention... Little did I realize she would over-tweeze them, leaving me with overly thin eyebrows?!?! Avoid this place if you value your brows; there's a superior option in Riverside, steer clear of this establishment.
I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for some time now, and my experiences were generally positive until the last two visits. On the penultimate occasion, the technician made a mistake with my eyebrows, prompting me to seek corrective measures elsewhere. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance today, assuming the prior incident was an anomaly. Regrettably, the same technician erred again, resulting in excessively thin eyebrows despite my simple request for a minor touch-up.
