I must acknowledge the kindness of these individuals. However, when my guardian brought my two younger siblings for haircuts here, both styles appeared uneven and choppy. Additionally, my guardian sought a balayage treatment and was informed that multiple sessions would be necessary to achieve the desired look. She was overcharged for the initial two appointments. Subsequently, we switched to another salon where she was charged less and advised that fewer sessions were needed since her hair color wasn't too dark. The outcome aligned perfectly with her expectations after just one session.

I have been visiting Alex for a year now, and each time I am amazed by the results she achieves with my hair! Initially, I had dark brown/copper box dye in my hair, and she skillfully lightened it, transforming it into a stunning blonde shade. I was apprehensive at first, thinking that being on the deeper side of the skin tone spectrum would limit my blonde options. However, Alex selected a beautiful blonde hue that perfectly complements my skin tone. The number of compliments I receive is astounding! Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to address any queries. I have gained valuable insights into hair care and the importance of proper bleaching techniques.
