I purchased a 10-session tanning package in 2020, assured they never expire. This was the reason I chose this place and invested in it since I only tan during the summer, and monthly packages elsewhere wouldn't suit me as the value is only valid for the month. Upon calling, I was informed they do expire after a year. So, even if I used some last summer, any remaining sessions this summer would now be void. Given one information, spent on 10 sessions, and did not receive them all. Will not patronize them again. Additionally, accessing tanning is challenging as they are frequently in and out of the salon, with no fixed hours for clients to tan at their convenience. Did not receive the full service paid for, misled on expiration, unable to tan during standard business hours, and must call ahead, often with no availability. Not recommended.
