I'm quite dissatisfied with how my nails turned out. Not worth the price I paid.
My boyfriend’s sister and I decided to go for an early nail appointment and grab a bite before work. We left around 9 am and reached the salon by 10 am. Waited for 2 hours to get our nails done and didn't leave until 1 pm! When the technician finally attended to me, the acrylic was filed so thin that it burned the top of my nails, leaving the edges of the plastic tips visible. Despite promising to fix it, he only applied gel on top. While trying to clean up under my nails, he accidentally drilled against my skin. I couldn't bear the pain and had to pull away. I asked for square nails, but the end result was far from it due to his attempts to rectify the mistakes. Won't be returning; shouldn't have to pay $45 and then fix my nails at home.
Had my first pedicure experience, and it was quite pleasant. The attendant was gentle and patient, though I discovered my feet are more ticklish than I realized! Now I understand why people enjoy getting their nails done. I'll definitely do it again!
