HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in, no one acknowledged us. We requested a men's haircut and a manicure for the lady. They asked us to wait for about 10 minutes. Around 2:35, they said they don't accept any appointments after 2:30 because they close in an hour. Despite seeing three idle staff members, we inquired if they could at least do the men's haircut, which usually takes less than 10 minutes. Their response was a blunt NO. We were dismayed by the dismissive attitude, the unnecessary wait, and the unkind demeanor of the male hairdresser in a customer-oriented industry.
I went for a brief pixie cut, ended up with a nearly shaved head and a wonky bowl cut disaster. One of the educators handled the final 10-15 minutes. They offered to rectify it, but upon reflection, I can't see a way to salvage it without almost going bald.
Exceptional salon visit! Recently had full highlights, bright pink streaks, and a haircut done. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The ambiance was fantastic, and the instructors were very knowledgeable. Plus, the salon services are much more affordable than a traditional beauty parlor. I highly recommend giving them a try!
