I used to like Sally's, but they follow people around like they're stealing. I've been shopping with them for years, but I recently stopped. Discrimination is not good for businesses. I went in with an older person, she needed help, but the young lady was so busy watching me that she couldn't assist her. We both left, it hurt so bad I left crying. I haven't gone back. Audrey Hester is exceptional. The other two individuals at the salon are also fantastic, but I have always exclusively gone to Audrey. Although I've heard they are equally remarkable. I will consistently opt for Audrey as my hairstylist!! Deja Vu Salon has a fantastic vibe, and they make you feel like part of their close-knit family. They offer not only hair services but also manicures, pedicures, and eyelash treatments. Additionally, their prices are fantastic. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in, no one acknowledged us. We requested a men's haircut and a manicure for the lady. They asked us to wait for about 10 minutes. Around 2:35, they said they don't accept any appointments after 2:30 because they close in an hour. Despite seeing three idle staff members, we inquired if they could at least do the men's haircut, which usually takes less than 10 minutes. Their response was a blunt NO.
