They share such adorable content on their social media platform. However, it seems they are not keen on shipping their products. They are located about 1.5 hours away from me, so the journey isn't quite feasible. When I reached out to them, initially they agreed to ship (at an exorbitant rate, which I agreed to), offering me the choice of making payment through a Facebook individual, presumably the owner (not the business page), or via PayPal. Opting for PayPal, I provided my email address but never received an invoice. After following up with them, I received no response. I attempted to add the owner to make direct payment but was ignored. After being repeatedly disregarded while attempting to support a small business, I took my business elsewhere and managed to procure the SAME items at a lower price, shipped directly to me. Bombshell Beauty, you really should prioritize your customers. If a customer is willing to make a purchase, facilitate it for them.
