I phoned the salon in a panic this afternoon because my three-year old tangled her hair with burrs. It was a mess. I feared we'd have to chop off all her hair!! The kind receptionist told me to come in right away (even though they were fully booked), and Katie got to work. Not only did the miracle-worker Katie remove all the burrs from my daughter's hair, she was so gentle and gave my girl the cutest haircut. My entire experience was incredibly delightful from beginning to end. I am truly grateful to everyone who assisted us today. What a delightful place!!!
