I rearranged my schedule and drove a long way for a hair appointment, only to find out that the stylist had quit. No record of the store informing me, except for an auto-text confirmation 24 hours prior. No effort was made to make up for the inconvenience. I won't be returning to Ulta again.
This Ulta Beauty location is my first time visit. The store is well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. A short line formed at check-out, but four employees quickly stepped in to speed up the process. Easy parking available, with both outside and inside mall access.
I've been to the Coralville store three times in the last 10 days. Despite going between Clinique and Bare Minerals aisles to compare colors, no sales associate offered help with matching foundation. The store was fully staffed, but associates were more focused on chatting and organizing than assisting customers. Making large returns shouldn't lead to snide remarks if help wasn't provided.
