I had an absolutely wonderful time at the spa! The staff was so warm, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like a VIP. The atmosphere was incredibly calming and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. The treatments were exceptional and left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to return and indulge in another day of pampering at this fantastic spa with its amazing staff!
I am thrilled to share my fantastic spa experience today. After a busy work week and a fun Saturday night, I decided to visit the spa at the iconic Biltmore Hotel. I drove 45 minutes from my home to experience this place, and I must say, my time here was exquisite, divine, and pristine. I highly recommend this place, starting from the warm welcome at the front desk on the 7th floor. Caroline greeted me with a sweet smile as she checked me in, and then I was escorted to the relaxation areas to enjoy every moment. I arrived around 1:30 pm to unwind before my 2:40 pm service, and let me continue with more. I enjoyed the steam room (could've been a bit hotter but was good), then the sauna, and finally, the refreshing cold shower. The attendants of the common areas, Tania, Jesus, and Martha, were kind and courteous. I also had the pleasure of meeting Patricia, who went above and beyond for me. She is a true expert in customer service, ensuring my day was incredibly relaxing and magical, just as I had hoped. She showed me around the spa, including the nail and facial areas, offered a delicious coffee, and tempted me with some delightful biscottis. When it was time for my service, Judith called me and led me to the massage room. I haven't experienced such a precise and relaxing massage in a long time. Judith was professional and gentle with her touch, delivering an outstanding "balancing massage" that combined Swedish and deep tissue techniques. I even dozed off a few times during the massage - that's how good it was! After the treatment, Patricia checked on me again, offering a refreshing mix of water, lemon, and mint. I then relaxed in the co-ed lounge area, enjoying the view of Coral Gables city. In conclusion, when you need to unwind, destress, and truly enjoy your time, a visit to this spa is a fantastic idea. I'm already considering returning for a facial and perhaps a couples massage in the future.
