My visit to this salon was truly outstanding from beginning to end. From the warm reception I received during my initial phone call to the friendly front desk staff welcoming me upon arrival, every detail was excellent. Eli, my stylist, went above and beyond. He not only greeted me warmly but also listened attentively to my requests, delivering precisely the haircut and blowout I desired. I am ecstatic with the results and can confidently say that I've found my regular salon for all future hair appointments. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a fantastic hairdressing experience.
When I arrived, I specified that I wanted a honey-brown hue with distinct face-framing highlights. I was assured this could be done, and a price was quoted to me which covered this along with a trim and styling with a blowout. In my view, the final outcome is quite streaky and leans more towards a traditional highlighting look rather than the seamless blend that was promised, with the face-framing pieces blending into the rest of my hair. It turned out quite warm and yellow, which I was informed was due to previous coloring. I wish more effort was made to correct this. I managed to tone it slightly with Olaplex at home before heading to work, as it was overly warm and clashed with my natural hair. I provided images of what I received versus the reference picture I showed. Apart from the color and placement being off, they insisted on trimming the very ends of my hair and I left the salon with damp hair (I was charged the full amount for a haircut and styling with a blowout).
this marked my initial experience getting my hair styled in Miami. I prefer my hair to be extremely blonde and am cautious about trying new stylists. I visited Farrah and she was absolutely fantastic!!! She made my hair as bright as it could be ✨ She was exceptionally quick, skilled, and amiable. I had my eyebrows tended to by Evelyn. She did a fantastic job and shaped and tinted them exactly as I desired. She was also very friendly and made my experience quite pleasant and relaxing. I will certainly be coming back! 🩷
