Ashley gave me an impeccable perm. She is the most professional hairstylist I have encountered in quite some time. She took the time to understand my preferences and executed them perfectly. If you're looking for a haircut, style, or anything else, Ashley is the one you want!
I chose to try out a different salon closer to my home in Dallas. I posted on a community page seeking recommendations for a hairstylist. I received a message from Alex Parker (who is not a local) offering to provide the hair color and style I desired. I arrived for my appointment at 9am, and I didn’t depart until 5:03pm. Why? Unfortunately, my hair was severely damaged. My hair was literally disintegrating in both my hand and Alex's. Despite tears, I remained composed and assured her we would overcome this setback. I maintained a positive attitude even when I felt like crying. I paid her $75 and left a $10 tip. Additionally, I purchased $44 worth of hair products to repair the damage at home. I had planned not to leave a review until I intended to send Alex a photo of my hair with makeup on to uplift her spirits, only to discover she had removed me from Facebook. She did not reach out to check on my well-being. I must mention that the salon owner is exceptionally kind and offers great deals on hair products. Another stylist, Ashley, is also very pleasant.
Cassidy was fantastic!!! I am beyond thrilled with my haircut and color. She did a full set of highlights. Not only did she not rush through the process, unlike what I've experienced at most chain salons, but she ensured I was completely satisfied with the color, cut, and style before I left. Cassidy demonstrated genuine care for her customers and takes pride in her craft. Thank you, Cassidy!!! I adore the outcome and will definitely return!
