My partner went for a haircut with layers, expecting a $19 charge. However, HILDA insisted on blow-drying to assess further cutting needs. The blow dry took less than 15 minutes, yet HILDA charged $50 for it. A total of $69 for layers and blow-drying is outrageous. I am appalled by this pricing tactic and will not be returning. We have lost two loyal customers.
Recently had my hair styled by Kendra. She blow-dried, trimmed, and straightened my hair. Kendra's positive attitude and sweet demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her services if you visit this salon. She's truly an angel!
