While the customer service was top-notch, I wouldn't recommend this place for eyebrow threading, especially if you have thicker eyebrows and are looking for a precise shape. They don't take the necessary measurements to ensure your eyebrows match your face shape well. My eyebrows ended up looking like I did them myself at home. It's disappointing, they don't look neat at all. Quite disheartening.
After my first lash appointment, I must say I'm truly impressed with how stunning they turned out. I also opted for an eyebrow tint based on her recommendation, and it really complements my features. Jen was so calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. She's a delightful lady. We had some great conversations and shared a few laughs. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
Just had a wonderfully relaxing Lash Lift session with Aly. I can't praise her and Lash Lounge enough. It's the ideal treat for some luxurious self-care.
