While the customer service was top-notch, I wouldn't recommend this place for eyebrow threading, especially if you have thicker eyebrows and are looking for a precise shape. They don't take the necessary measurements to ensure your eyebrows match your face shape well. My eyebrows ended up looking like I did them myself at home. It's disappointing, they don't look neat at all. Caution! This establishment enforces a strict policy of charging $39.99 to the card provided if you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment. Additionally, they have a policy where they will not provide services if your eyelashes are shorter than 3mm. This was my personal experience. I was en route to my 10am appointment when I received a text from Zara regarding their 15-minute policy. I was perplexed because I was on track to arrive before 10am. Upon arrival, they had already processed the charge to my credit card and informed me that I had been scheduled for 9:30am. I explained that I was informed it was at 10am. The staff member acknowledged that they had made scheduling errors in the past. They promised to refund the late fee. Subsequently, during the lash appointment, I was informed that my lashes were too short, which was surprising as that was the reason for my visit. I was told that this was their policy. Having had extensions previously, I found this perplexing. To compound matters, the fee was never reimbursed, leading me to dispute it with my bank. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this establishment. Numerous aspects require improvement; from incorrect scheduling, to charging a fee before my arrival despite being en route, and the unwelcoming atmosphere upon entering the premises.
