Over time, the quality of service at this place has significantly declined. The gel manicures are pricey and barely last a week. Despite my reservations, I gave them one final try due to time constraints before a trip. The technician handling my nails seemed inexperienced with gel applications, needing guidance on the number of coats to use. Unfortunately, the gel started peeling off within just 2 days, indicating a flaw in the process or subpar gel quality. Usually, I enjoy my spa pedicures and gel manicures at Momo's, but this time... I am concerned about the possibility of an infection. My cuticles and the skin around my fingers are red, swollen, and extremely painful. I rate this experience 0 stars.
