Usually, I enjoy my spa pedicures and gel manicures at Momo's, but this time... I am concerned about the possibility of an infection. My cuticles and the skin around my fingers are red, swollen, and extremely painful. I rate this experience 0 stars. I will not be returning.
I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for quite a while. I always make sure to schedule an appointment and request a specific individual - I prefer not to disclose her name. I have always been satisfied with her services until today. I had a 10 am appointment, but it seemed like someone else also wanted her attention. The nail technician appeared irritated that she couldn't accommodate the other client. She was impolite when I asked for a manicure in addition to my pedicure. She seemed unwilling to do it and didn't engage with me as she usually does. I left feeling disappointed today. I am now considering finding a new salon or not requesting her for future appointments. She didn't even express gratitude when I gave her a tip. I regret giving her as much as I did. The customer service was very poor today.
I am absolutely enamored with Momo's! I have been a loyal customer for a few years now, and the service is exceptional. Whenever I bring in a design picture, Sherri, Alice, and Nancy work wonders in bringing it to life!
