Over time, the quality of service at this place has significantly declined. The gel manicures are pricey and barely last a week. Despite my reservations, I gave them one final try due to time constraints before a trip. The technician handling my nails seemed inexperienced with gel applications, needing guidance on the number of coats to use. Unfortunately, the gel started peeling off within just 2 days, indicating a flaw in the process or subpar gel quality. The lack of professionalism among the staff is evident, so I recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. During a previous visit, I got an acrylic manicure and the technician accidentally filed through my nail bed with an electric drill, causing bleeding. At the same time, another customer was upset at the register, claiming their nails were ruined and bleeding too. Five years later, I decided to give it another chance for a quick gel pedicure. Upon reaching home, I discovered that my nails were wet and sticky. I never thought to check if the gel was dry, as I've never faced this issue elsewhere. This place is definitely off my list.

The gel pedicure I received here was honestly the worst I've ever had. It felt rushed, with polish left all over my cuticles and nails. I even had to point out a smudge on my toe, which was just covered up with more polish and quickly dried under the UV light. I left, only to realize the polish wasn't properly dried or cured. I had to return, and another technician ended up redoing my nails. I definitely won't be returning.
