The staff at this salon truly grasped my hair vision and executed it flawlessly, covering my grays and adding beautiful highlights. Both the workers and the salon owner had a fantastic attitude, the pricing was very reasonable, and the addition of Bustelo coffee was a delightful touch. I deducted one star from my rating because they do not offer nail services.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 25 years, and I can confidently say that it stands unmatched by any other salon I have visited. The service provided is top-notch, and the stylists demonstrate exceptional care and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone without any hesitation.
My hair looked absolutely stunning after the appointment, but unfortunately, the process left my scalp and hair severely burned. During the session, my stylist kept checking her phone, abruptly left the salon, took photos of random passersby, and only returned to finish my hair halfway through. Although the end result was impressive, the heat setting used was too high for my wet hair, resulting in a burnt smell and hair loss. This was a completely new and unpleasant experience for me, and I have decided not to return to this salon. Even after washing my hair thrice, the burnt smell lingers.
