I vowed never to return to this establishment, but I decided to give them another chance. To no surprise, my nails look dreadful, and the service was subpar. I requested gel x, which I inquired about before commencing to ensure they could accommodate my request. However, the nails they applied were too small, making my hands appear jagged. The price quoted over the phone always differs in person, and during the pricing breakdown, the staff feigned language barriers. I have resolved never to revisit this place. My hands now resemble having tiny teeth, and the manager is consistently impolite.

They worked swiftly, cleanly, but my mani and pedi were done simultaneously. While it may be more convenient for them, what initially drew me to the salon were the positive reviews and stunning photos. I expected to receive a quality design regardless of the cost. Unfortunately, my service felt rushed. I spent time searching for a simple glitter ombré design, yet the outcome did not meet my expectations. As someone in the beauty industry, I noticed the acrylic was applied too thickly, which may lead to cracking or breakage. The lack of precision in smoothing out the beds with the drill resulted in visible lumps, particularly on the thumb. The acrylic or substance used that appeared gooey and was removed did not align with my expectations based on the salon's showcased photos. This was all I desired, and I even specified the shape, requesting it not to be overly pointed.

The environment was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the services provided. The nail technicians were fantastic, and I appreciated the quality of materials used.
