Claire's in Penbrook is fantastic. They follow COVID guidelines, offer a wide selection at affordable prices, and the staff is very helpful with promotions. It's a perfect spot for gifts for preteens and kids who love sparkly accessories. Highly recommend.
I had a pleasant experience at Claire's in the Pembroke Lakes Mall. The store was quiet, making it easy to maintain social distance. The store was well-organized with a variety of items at reasonable prices, including bags, stationery, hair accessories, jewelry, and more. Claire's is an ideal place to find stylish gifts for young girls.
I had a terrible experience at this store. My daughter was excited to shop, but we encountered an issue with a broken cup she purchased. The return process was confusing, and the staff's handling of the situation was unprofessional. Still waiting for a resolution from Claire's.
