The massage I received from Irica was excellent. However, my partner had a peculiar and almost disastrous massage with Rose. Instead of delivering the promised deep pressure, Rose kept applying layers of oil repeatedly, wiping it off, and reapplying more oil. There was minimal muscle manipulation. When questioned, Rose reduced the oil usage slightly and increased the massage pressure marginally. Nonetheless, the experience ended up being more of a comical anecdote than a proper massage.
Irica was fantastic, and the spa was lovely. I am awarding a single star because I discovered I was overcharged about three weeks after my visit. I called twice to address the issue. The first time, I was informed that I would receive a callback. The second time, I was told that a manager needed to authorize a refund, and I would receive a callback.
Just had the most incredible massage from Irica. This individual has truly skilled hands! I used to frequent the Zen Spa, but after today, I am a loyal customer of this spa. The ambiance is exquisite, spotless, and serene. I immediately booked a facial because I was so impressed by her and her establishment.
