I was brought here by my partner to have my brows done with him. He always gets good results when he leaves. The individual supposed to do my brows said I “lack enough brow hair” even though I hadn’t touched them in over a month. She declined service and only wanted to dye them. She also double dips wax sticks into the same pot (VERY UNSANITARY especially if someone has a bloodborne ailment. It can spread it from person to person.) and caused me to bleed when she roughly plucked 3 hairs from under my right brow with tweezers that she also used on my partner right before. She did not sanitize them between us. I left irritated and just did mine at home.
