The Beauty Lounge

I had a terrible experience with the beauty lounge. I sat down to get my lashes done, and specifically asked the lady not to put clusters in my eyelashes because it makes them look too thick. I have a lot of lashes, and if you put a cluster on each of my lashes, it looks awful. She agreed not to do this to me. I laid down and about 40 minutes later I woke up to eyes full of cluster Lashes. I was disappointed and distraught. I don’t like complaining or causing waves but I literally felt like crying. I do not like thick eyelashes it looks trashy and gross to me and when I expressed this to the manager with a counter full of other women like this wasn’t humiliating enough they kept saying it looks good to me it looks good to me and ignoring the fact that I was literally saying it doesn’t look good to me at all. I stood there embarrassed and ashamed and really actually wanted to cry. The manager told me just wear them a few days if you still don’t like them we can figure out a way to fix it for you maybe Adrianna can remove them for you. I paid the lady $250 and left. I had them removed somewhere else and done to my utmost satisfaction SOMEWHERE ELSE for $105. I called the The Beauty Lounge to see if I could receive a partial refund since it had been a week and I hated them so much I had them taken off. And I was met with resistance and more humiliation. I was told to call back to see what else they could do and lo and behold they literally didn’t want to do anything to rectify the situation.
